We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
- Contact us via the Contact Us page to initiate your return
- We'll review your request and send a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the item following our instructions
- Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund decision
Damages & wrong items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU customers — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The same condition requirements apply: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us.
